In Southern Brazil herds of cattle graze vast pastures, providing Brazil with meats for the famous churrasco barbecues – a century old gaucho tradition.
Since the early 19th century, gauchos pierced large pieces of meat and slowly grilled them over open flamed pits.
At Fazenda, we want to keep this tradition alive. Our gaucho chefs roast succulent cuts of meat in the way it has been done for centuries, preserving the individual taste of each tender cut.
We want to share this tradition and all the history behind our gaucho heritage with our customers.
Our unique concept
Fazenda features continuous table side service of fifteen* different delectable cuts of beef, pork, lamb and chicken. Our concept also offers a sumptuous buffet of gourmet salads and fresh cut vegetables, and a variety of traditional side dishes to complement the meats.
Customers control their services with a small green and red-side chip. The green side signals the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table, while the red side indicates a stopping point. To resume service, simply display the green side again.
Fazenda is the ideal place for both business and leisure dining. It awes customers with quality, delicious food and excellent service, while keeping the culinary tradition alive.
*At lunch time we serve seven different cuts of meat.
